This two-day program teaches licensed mental health professionals how to use artificial intelligence tools ethically, intentionally, and with clear boundaries in the operational side of their practice. Participants will learn structured prompting frameworks for creating non-clinical documents, how to build internal AI usage policies and SOPs that reflect professional ethical standards, and how to identify and mitigate confidentiality and compliance risks (including HIPAA considerations) when using AI-supported administrative tools. The training also covers leadership communication frameworks to support accountability conversations and professional clarity within counseling organizations. This is not a clinical training. It is focused entirely on the administrative, operational, and leadership dimensions of running a therapy practice—the work that takes up hours of a clinician's week but rarely gets structured support.
